2019 Conference Highlights

• Launched inaugural even as dual-track conference with 200+ attendees
• Led speaker recruitment, program curation, and speaker communication for 35 speakers and 2 keynotes.
• Envisioned and implemented novel speaker mentorship progam to enhance the speaker experience and promote diversity an inclusion of first-time speakers.

2020 Conference Highlights

• Transformed event to work in virtual setting due to COVID-19 shutdowns by emphasizing quick-hit topics and interactive breakout sessions for 120+ attendees
• Led speaker recruitment, program curation, and speaker communication for 13 speakers and 4 breakout facilitators
• Reset mission of event as fundraiser for Greater Chicago Food Depository and coordinated fundraising efforts
• Managed sponsorship relationships to create eBook raffle and to encourage social media engagement throughout the event
